Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. The Wilma: 7 blocks, Missoula Art Museum 3 blocks, Grizzly Stadium and University of Montana: 8 blocks. The apartment features a well appointed gourmet kitchen if you're staying awhile or love to cook.

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

The Glacier House

Our guest home is light and airy. It's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with stunning views on the property. It's a great getaway spot with easy access to the Bitterroot Valley, the south end of Missoula, and the University area. Its roughly 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Close to shopping and hiking. It has a full kitchen, ample parking, full laundry and beautiful ambiance. Ask about our rental car packages and availability. All our cars are luxury all wheel drive.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
