This private peninsula has been a Northwoods getaway for the past 75 years, formerly as a resort and now as a unique collection of just three cabins. This listing is for Cabin #2, a lofted cabin that sits right along the waterfront. Each cabin has it's own firepit, picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs. The 6-person barrel sauna, kayaks, and all other outdoor spaces are shared among all guests. We're just 15 mins. from Downtown, Mt. Itasca, Tioga MTB Trails, and the Chippewa Nat'l Forest.

Beautiful private lower level, walk-out lake front in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living quarters. Fireplace, full kitchen, bar, dining area, big screen TV. Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd TV area has a queen Murphy bed. Bathroom has 2 sinks & a shower. Laundry room has a washer/dryer. Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

The cabin/tiny house is well appointed and designed for beauty and comfort. Enjoy access to the river as well as our wood fired sauna and wood fired hot tub. Equipped with a queen sized bed in the loft, cooktop, solar power, and a pump sink. A gas fireplace keeps you warm in the winter. We invite you to come and rest, and leave restored.

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

The couch opens to a comfortable bed for more personal space if needed.
