Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, separates WC, eine Wohnküche (ohne Geschirrspülmaschine, mit Geschirr, Besteck, Teekocher, Mikrowelle), 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Zirbenstockbetten (4Personen)& 1 neues DZ (2 Einzelbetten). Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !
