There is plenty of parking in the back and sits well off the road. You can walk to the campus, The Mitchell Center and the stadium. Perfect for tennis players in tournaments at The Mobile Tennis Center. Along with the 3 bedrooms, the game room as a sleeper sofa and a roll away bed to make a total of 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking and this home includes a full washer and dryer. Pet Fee is $100. Jaguar Den is in an established neighborhood so please be considerate to the neighbors. You can walk to the stadium and there are a few restaurants nearby that you can also walk to if desired. We have UBER and LYFT if needed.
