Completely remodeled two bedroom, one bath home in a private oceanfront community. Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from center of Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Everyone will have space and be very comfortable in our three king size bedrooms each with en suite, and one with a set of bunks for the kids which makes Seabatical a delightful choice for folks to share. At Seabatical you will watch sunrises, sunsets, and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Ahhhh...

This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views and sunsets!
