Relax in this peaceful place, close to everything that can be experienced in the High Coast area. The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Hos oss bor du bekvämt i vår mysiga gäststuga, imitt i vackra Höga Kusten och med nära till många populära utflyktsmål, bad, vandringsled, skidspår, affärer, restaurang bensinmack. Elbilsladdare oinärområdet. Här finns ett välutrustat litet kök, matplats, allrum med soffa och öppen spis med pelletskorg. Trivsamt sovloft, egen ingång och egen altan. Grill finns att låna. Gäststuga 45 kvm, 2 km från Örnsköldsviks centrum. Ett sovrum med två enkelsängar, kök, matplats, tvplats med bäddsoffa (120 cm) samt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Extrasäng och babysäng finns. Meddela om ni behöver sängkläder. Utrustad med kyl/frys, micro, spis, ugn, kaffebryggare, TV m.m. WiFi och parkering finns. Motorvärmare mot avgift. Ej djur eller rökning. The Lergrova cottage, fireplace, river and forest.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Centralt boende med ca 3 km från Örnsköldsviks centrum Hyr du denna lägenhet så får du tillgång till det mesta för att bara bo. Vi är 2 vuxna och 3 barn som bor här i huset. Lägenheten har så klart en egen ingång på nedre delen av huset. Parkering för 1 bil Wifi Tv/apple tv Kök med alla tillbehör Kyl/frys Ugn Induktionshäll Torktumlare/tvättmaskin Säkert något jag glömt men fråga bara. Mvh, Simon Vi har bytt ut en hel del nya möbler i alla rum frånsett från bilderna.

Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Koppla av i detta fridfulla och mysiga boende vid sjön. Stugan är lämplig för två vuxna och 1-2 barn som kan sova på loftet. Tillgång till bad, brygga, roddbåt och grillplats. Flotte med el-motor, bastu och badtunna kan nyttjas enligt överenskommelse och mot separat kostnad. 9 km till Örnsköldsviks centrum, 4 km till matbutik, pizzeria, loppis m.m.

Nybyggd fin lägenhet på ca 40kvm. 140cm säng i sovalkov och en bäddsoffa på 200×140. Ca 8km utanför Örnsköldsvik. Busshållplats 20 meter från lägenheten med avgångar till centrum varje halvtimme. Det mesta som man behöver i bekvämligheter. Närhet till vatten och skog. Skidspår och motionsspår vid tomtgränsen Wifi ingår Frukost eller mat ingår ej
