Our family/team at The Hilliard Lofts enjoy meeting new people and love catering to the needs of our guests.. We purchased the building in 2015 from a local attorney who was retiring and the space was used as an office building for his firm. Our vision from the onset of our purchase of The Historic Hilliard Building was to remodel it into 18 beautiful loft style apartments. We worked tirelessly with the city and the contractors to achieve this dream and begin a new journey in this endeavor.

This is our coolest unit yet, The Gold Suite was fully renovated in February of 2021, the gold suite has every modern option to make an Airbnb as intriguing and comfortable as possible. Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest house in Brookville (circa 1848) and has recently been completely restored inside and out. Hall House features 5 deluxe guest rooms each with private entrance, fireplace and modern bath. There is a large Painting Gallery and Sunroom where continental breakfast is provided. A small kitchen is also available to guests.
