We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. Lots of surrounding restaurants available. Genusa’s Italian Resturant is walking distance. A 5 * resturant! Cormier’s Cajun resturant, in season, has the best crawfish in town ( 4 houses down ). Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.

It has a large porch and sun room perfect for drinking your coffee, reading, or just relaxing. We know you will love your get-away at Audrey's Place.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
