It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

An ideal location for exploring the area, the independent and private bedroom is set in a rural garden of olive trees, mandarins, almonds, grapes, and figs, surrounded by nature with mountain views of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in Portugal. A queen-size bed, quality linen + bathroom & kitchenette. Hot shower, mini-fridge, mini stove ensure you can make the most of your stay. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Tentaremos manter uma ligação com os hóspedes em termos de máxima hospitalidade mas com respeito pela privacidade. É servido um pequeno almoço frugal incluído no preço.

Quinta das Sesmarias

A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.
