Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Vineyard Room at Tongue River Winery B&B No Pets

We own Tongue River Winery, and our home sits opposite to the winery across the vineyard. It is a large comfortable home on 20 acres on the edge of town with no traffic, peace and quiet. We welcome all people. We speak English and German with a little French. Two cats also share our home. We keep this room (Vineyard) pet-free but do have a separate room for travelers with pets. (See the Sunny room). Wine tasting at the winery is free, and coffee and breakfast are provided.

The Craftsman-style home once known as the "Barbara Thackeray House" served as the home to many presidents of Northern Montana College. The B&B is located four blocks from Montana State University Northern (MSUN) campus and near all of the town's amenities (8 blocks from downtown area). It offers a warm and comfortable place to stay while visiting the area.

Some of the features shared by both include reclaimed wood ceilings and wood panelled walls, unique light fixtures, sun bleached animals skulls.
