Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.
