The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. A deep soaking tub to return to after an outdoor adventure, hike, bike ride, beach day, or for a romantic evening with that special someone, this space invites you to relax and rejuvenate! The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park.
