Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious retreat, enjoying spectacular countryside views from every window, Sunrise and sunset charm. Grants Cottage is a gorgeous, consistently 5-star-rated chocolate box thatched cottage in one of the Island's prettiest villages, and just under 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west Wight. There is a large and secure dog-friendly garden, an Aga, woodburner and sumptuous furnishings. Wifi, books, DVDs, Smart TV, games and well-equipped kitchen; perfect for summer or cosy winter breaks. Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

There are 2 pubs just over a mile away and the picturesque village of Brighstone is close at hand.
