Built in 1941 by the Bradley family, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for a weekend getaway. We are proud to be the only house in the entertainment district and in eyesight of all the exciting businesses next door. Come play cornhole in the back yard, test your skill on our Olhausen 22’ regulation size shuffleboard, go sightseeing around the Baker District on our selection of bikes 🚴 and enjoy some honey 🐝 from our White River farm. Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
