Our 90's style quiet residential 3B/2.5bath home in the friendly Woodberry Forest neighborhood is only 20 min from Wrightsville or Carolina Beach. Our home features a formal dining room, breakfast nook, patio with grill & propane fire pit. We have 3 queen beds & one twin bed. We have three smart TVs & fire stick available in master. We also have board games & a corn hole board to have some fun. Beach chairs, umbrella & cooler available too. No pets allowed, no parties, and no smoking please.

This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
