The house has an enormous fenced in backyard, a beautiful deck in the back, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace room, 2 full baths, etc.

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
