The "Tina Turner" house is located in a beautifully restored building typical of the Sandveld region of the Western Cape. It is located on our family farm, Wagenpad and offers a peaceful retreat for up to three guests. This house is a perfect blend of modern comfort and authenticity. It is an ideal getaway for anyone looking to escape the rush of the city and immerse themselves in the beauty of the countryside. The farm has Cape mountain Zebra, Springbok and Bontebok guests are likely to see.

Meulsteenvlei Cottages offers self-catering holiday accommodation just outside Nieuwoudtville and can host 4 guest in 2 cottages, perfect for a farm escape. Die Vrugtekamer can accommodate 2 guests and features a bedroom, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with an indoor fire place. Additionally the cottage features an outdoor braai and a covered patio. The property also offers a nature trail that leads to a stunning view of the landscape. For added convenience, there is a solar power system.

Weavers Cottage on Waterfall Farm (sleeps 4)

Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. The White House is a typical old sandstone house in the town of Nieuwoudtville. Situated on the edge of town it offers a farmlike atmosphere with modern amenities. The house was renovated and offers a perfect base for exploring the spring flowers or sleepover for travellers , or just a break from city life. Fireplaces, heaters, electric blankets make a winter stay very comfortable. For summer the plaasdam for swimming or relaxing on the deck and the cool interior of the house is perfect.

Mountain View Villa (Springbok)

Surrounded by the characteristic 'klipkoppies' of Namaqualand, this house invites nature into your living space. The view from the terrace is something guests come back for! Situated within walking distance from town, the location is ideal for all travellers. The two-storey house has 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (scullery with dishwasher+washing machine), outdoor BBQ, hot tub and indoor fireplace. Pet friendly. A Maximum of 6 adults + 2 children (<18yrs) allowed.

Handvol Gruis Guesthouse

The perfect farmstay getaway, safe and quiet. Nestled between the Hantam Mountains. The house is rustic and old but has everything you need with two inside fireplaces as well as a lovely stoep. Its ideal spot for a family holiday with beautiful nature surrounding the house. Hiking, bird watching and cycling are some of the things to keep you busy. 28km from the Klipwerf turn off. We are off the grid with no electrical kitchen appliances other than a frigde and freezer and gasstove.

Ymansdam is situated next to the Tankwa Karoo National Park at the foot of the Roggeveld Mountain, about an hour's drive from Calvinia on the R355. The fully equipped self-catering cottage is ideal for 2 people. The cottage has an en-suite shower, small kitchen and as well as a veranda with a fireplace and a splash pool. Guests can also choose a unique campsite that have ablution facilities. Visit Ymansdam and taste, experience and smell the lovely Karoo.

The Cabin, Enjo Nature Farm, Cederberg

Tucked in a fully fenced garden, our cosy Cabin is perfect for couples or a small family, offering peace of mind (and keeping curious horses at bay!). Near the campsite, it’s great for staying close to camping friends or simply enjoying a quiet escape. With an indoor fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, fire pit, and shaded outdoor seating, it's a charming spot to relax, stargaze, and reconnect. Weavers Cottage

Weavers cottage is a secluded thatched cottage nestled in the trees. It has one double bedroom (double bed and single bed) with an open-plan living area that has a double sofa, dining nook and kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and sink. Facilities include Air-Con. free Wi-Fi, a private garden with a fire pit and an indoor fireplace. Perfect getaway for a small family or group of four.
