This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Studio Farm Cottage near Newport & Narragansett

Our farm is conveniently located 15 minutes from Newport, 10 minutes from Narragansett, and 10 minutes from Wickford. From Wickford, you can catch a ferry to Block Island, while the Quonset Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (May-Oct) is just 15 minutes away. The cottage is walking distance to a public bus stop and 15 minutes from the Kingston (AMTRAK) or Wickford (MBTA) train stations. We're happy to pick you up from the train or airport if we're available.

This is a quintessential Jamestown, RI beach house!! Located 4 houses from Narragansett Bay and 1 mile to the famous "Sunset Beach" (thus all the sunset pictures), you can ride bikes or drive to beach, come home for lunch/nap and return in the afternoon or sunset cocktails! Note: This house is not winterized—it does not have a heating system. Electric baseboard is not connected to power. Window AC in living/dining and each bedroom.
