Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Unser historisches Kärntner Bauernhaus in Alleinlage aus dem Jahr 1841 wurde liebevoll und mit Bedacht renoviert. Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift.
