Enjoy the beautiful town of Wells in a completely renovated 25-ft camper on a private lot just 1.5 miles from Ogunquit Beach and walking distance from a trolley stop. Set on a secluded, fenced lot, relax outside on the deck, fire pit (FREE firewood), and plenty of lawn to run. It has a queen size bed, a reclining sleeper chair, and a fold down dinette for more guests or kids! It has AC and heat for comfort. This adorable RV has been thoughtfully modernized with all the comforts of home in mind!

If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
