Beautifully renovated rooms for a self contained break in the New Forest with direct access on to the open forest. Great for dog walking or just a yomp to the pub. Perfectly situated for visits to the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, quaint New Forest towns such as Lyndhurst and Lymington and historic sites such as Stonehenge. This is a working small holding with cows, chickens, Guinea fowl and horses. The paddocks lead to a wood and stream where you can relax in the shepherds hut.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

This self contained guest suite with your own front door and private drive is situated in The New Forest National Park. “The Beat Office" at The Old Police House is a cosy modern and private suite and offers a double bedroom, a modern ensuite shower, smart TV, heated towel rail, fridge, kettle, microwave,cafeteria, toaster, table and chairs and Wi-Fi, Secure area for kayaks and bikes. This self-contained house is set in the boundaries of the New Forest National Park. New Forest ponies, cattle and deer roam freely by the property. Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.
