New studio /efficiency located in attached guesthouse above the garage. This is a private space with a separate entrance centrally located in Wilmington. Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. This rental is well appointed with small kitchenette (no oven), full bathroom and king size bed. 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.
