The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

There's great local eats, an incredible little theater for off Broadway shows, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, etc! In the winter there's a naturally occurring ice rink in the front yard and we have a bucket of skates for you to use if you wish. Feel free to bring your own skates or hockey sticks! Hit the slopes of Sunapee, Ragged, Pat's Peak and Whaleback all within 30min.

The King Hill House

Come for the mountains, come for the lakes, or just come to enjoy the views. As soon as you pull into the driveway you will be blown away by the beauty and natural surroundings! This is a tastefully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath farm house right off interstate 89.
