Welcome to the enchanting city of Gainesville, this 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse is in a perfect location surrounded by shopping; and major retail stores. Just minutes away from the University of Florida, Shans and the VA. The neighborhood is known for its family-friendly vibe, scenic parks, and easy access to major highways. Residents enjoy a blend of convenience and tranquility, with nearby attractions like Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, and Ginnie Springs that is only a 30 minute drive away!

There is a $50.00 pet fee. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the great location, close to downtown High Springs. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ginnie Springs, and a 5 minute drive to Blue Springs. Divers will appreciate this home, since there is a concrete carport in the rear of the house to rinse your gear. Enjoy the local Brewery and The Great Out Doors Restaurant. This home is in a quaint neighborhood, and it's a short walk to the local High Springs Brewery.

Studio at Golden Oaks House

Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , full size refrigerator and the studio features individual AC Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, 1 queen bed + 1 portable bed , laundry room. The Studio is private with access separate from our home. We offer self check in with a lock box. Private property on 8 acres, fenced and gated location with a lot of parking.

My Happy Place

A spacious home for all to enjoy while visiting our beautiful, quant town and surrounding area. This duplex is very quiet and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king bed with an en suite. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and a third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The living room possesses a wall-hugger design reclining sofa, love seat, and recliner, all of which are power recline. All bedrooms have black out shades.

30 acre vegan farm with remodeled guest house! Minutes from town yet totally private. This eco-retreat is located at Peacefield where we rescue and rehabilitate farm animals - the space helps support the mission! We incorporated our favorite things: Peloton bike, treadmill, rower, Finnish sauna, bedside chargers, open floor plan, 5 star mattresses, yoga deck, appleTV, loaded kitchen, coffee/tea, vitamix, gym, Tesla and other EV charger, solar power and more! It's a sanctuary for humans too :)

Rose Cottage at Alpaca Acres

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Enjoy privacy in this cozy suite in Gainesville’s Haile Plantation. Private from the main house, it features a private entrance, plush queen bed, vanity, desk, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, ceiling fan, and fast WiFi. Guests have private parking, plus access to the yard, deck, and miles of walking trails. A mile away, the community center offers a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurants, perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay. We are a short drive to the University of Florida.

Our space is a carefully curated blend of comfort and creativity, designed for those who appreciate unique artistic touches and a relaxed atmosphere. The property comfortably fits 4 people and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with ample living room and kitchen space. We do allow pets in the property, but charge a pet fee $100 for the additional cleaning.
