I love offering information, and getting to know my guests, but take the que from them. It's there holiday, and we just want them to have a wonderful experience overall. Over the last three years, Ed and I have made some wonderful friendships with our guests, but we do not push, we just enjoy people. Stroll a couple of blocks to Sweetberry Farm, and taste wine at nearby Greenvale Vineyards. Discover the many boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of downtown Newport, a 10-minute drive, while Second Beach is within walking distance of here. our driveway is yours to use..plenty of space. Great bike riding and walking available. We are close to Newport, 2nd Beach and Sweetberry farm. You can hear the cows and birds sing, and see the stars at night. We are hear to make your vacation treasured.

Our cottage is an excellent rental for visiting the Newport area. It has one bedroom and also has a pull-out couch. The property can host two adults and two kids under age 12. It is very close to First Beach (Easton's Beach) and local shops and restaurants: full bath, washer & dryer, outdoor shower. We offer nightly & weekly rentals. Separate parking from other units on the property. It's an excellent getaway for a couple with or without kids.
