There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
