Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Rural self contained cabin retreat

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun from the bedroom. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.

The cottage is part of Bulchins Farm and there is secure gated access and parking available for 2 cars. There are lovely villages nearby including Wisborough Green and Petworth. Horsham is within a 20 minute drive and Goodwood is 30 mins away.
