The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
