La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.
