The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well. Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.
