This is a private one bedroom one bathroom space with a separate keyed entrance attached to our home. You will have your own sitting area to enjoy on the spacious wrap-around front porch. No kitchen but there is a mini-fridge and coffeemaker, iron and hair dryer. There are two sets of somewhat steep stairs leading up to the front porch.
