A massive 2 person shower and a hot tub are only a few things you will love about this retreat. This listing is for Villa and lake #2 and is what you are seeing in the photos. The Red Door Lake House…A cozy, lakeside getaway nestled hillside in the trees of Hocking Hills. Offering a hot tub, a screened-in porch and a deck for sunning and stargazing with tree-top views. A private neighborhood lake is available to guests for fishing and swimming. We provide kayaks for guests with signed waiver. The Lake House is just a short drive away from all that Hocking Hills has to offer including Cedar Falls, Lake Logan, Old Man’s Cave and many shops and restaurants!

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. You will find yourself just 15 minutes from Moraine and McConnells Mill State Parks. 15 minutes from Mines and Meadows, 10 minutes from Sunset Ranch.

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
