Tennis court, trampoline and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a communal pool, heated from 1 May to 30 September and remains open for use until 15 October. The property is set on 38 Acres of land and woodlands between the Historic Town of Guildford and Woking with fast train access to London.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

This is best suited for couples, but can squeeze in an extra guests on the sofa bed, with the compromised comfort that comes with sofa beds.
