Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

Esten-Wahl Farm - Historic Landmark Victorian Home

The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! The pool is open mid-May through Mid-September.
