Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Two queen beds, couch, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, ample parking. Smart tv, Roku, WIFI Under 12 Free Smoking outside.

This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

Enjoy Grand Junction in our newly renovated modern apartment. Centrally located with only a short walk to Main Street's many great restaurants! Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Sleeping accommodations are 1 queen bed separate but not private from living room area and sofa bed. Sofa pillows remove to become "twin" size bed Suitable for 3 adults max or 2 adults 2 children. Not suitable for toddlers.
