In the common area, you'll find an easily convertible queen sofa bed and a desk space with an iPad. TVs in both the bedroom and common area are equipped with Roku for streaming Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax and more. We can't wait to host you! Our garden apartment was lovingly crafted and furnished with guests in mind. We enjoy providing a welcoming space for travelers from all over the world and look forward to hosting you, too! You'll access the apartment via your private entrance equipped with a keyless lock for easy ins and outs. You'll notice your very own patio space just outside the entrance and once inside, you'll find the gourmet kitchen with all new appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, gas range & oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, Keurig and a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. We've also stocked the kitchen with all the cooking tools you'll need to make your own meals if you can resist the fantastic dining nearby on Division. The ductless HVAC unit and radiant heated floors ensure you'll be comfortable year round. Relax on the sofa that converts to a comfy queen bed and stream all your favorite apps on the Roku equipped TV. Use the iPad provided on the work space to check out things to do in town or play music from the speaker dock. Prefer to watch TV in bed? There's another TV with a Roku in the bedroom. The queen sized bed is dressed with fresh linens for every guest and the blackout shades allow you to sleep in comfortably. The wet room style bathroom has a delightful rainfall shower head and clawfoot soaking tub - great for relaxing after a long day of exploring or hiking. We provide plush bath linens, all the essential bath toiletries and more - everything you need for your perfect Portland stay! No need to worry about keys - we've equipped the private entry with an electronic lock to make coming and going a breeze. You'll have access to the entire ground floor apartment which has a full kitchen, living room and work space, queen bedroom and spacious bathroom. The patio just outside your door is all yours, too! Guests can enjoy marijuana or tobacco in our private outside patio. We live upstairs but we're pretty busy working and when we can -- enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest, so we're working with a local management team to make sure you have a remarkable stay! Located just north of Division on a quiet, residential street, our house is perfectly positioned for your Portland explorations. With so many options for dining, coffee and shopping nearby, you may never want to leave the neighborhood; but if you do, getting around is super easy via the nearby transit stops. We're located on a corner lot and parking is unrestricted and easy to find on the surrounding streets, if not directly in front of your Airbnb. The #4 bus is just two block away and you'll be at Powell's downtown in about 25 minutes - or 10 minutes by Uber / Lyft / taxi. Check out Tri-Met's website or get their free, easy to use smartphone app to make trip planning and ticket purchasing a breeze. Biketown, our city-wide bike-sharing program, has a rental kiosk just blocks away and is a great option for exploring by bike or even one of the e-scooters you can rent by the minute. We'd love to host your kiddo too, just let us know if you'll need the gear we offer (pack-n-play, etc) during the reservation process prior to your arrival. Thanks! The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults.
