The Cozy Captain

This one-bed 475 sq ft waterfront home offers stunning views on prime waterfront, it comes complete with a 2 well doc (one boat lift 8000 lbs, both 10 feet wide by 30 feet long), 2 PWC lifts as well as 2 kayaks. Private, cozy little cabin originally built in 1945. It's an ideal location to enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozark's. The updated cabin is close to restaurants, shopping, boat launches, and golf courses. Queen bed, full sofa sleeper and a twin XL in the loft. Small bathroom has a shower.

Wet Feet Retreat

Come relax and enjoy time on the lake at Wet Feet Retreat. Private swim dock and boat ramp. Fantastic Big Niangua location with quick access to everything. Swim in the lake directly from shore or off the dock. Great windows for lake viewing and lots of seating at table and large island. Enjoy evening fires around the firepit. Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon. Paved roads all the way to the front door. Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and city park just a stones throw away.

Calm Waters Cabin is perfect to relax & enjoy all the Lake has to offer during peaceful fall months! You can enjoy fishing & kayaking in a calm cove on the 34MM while taking in spectacular main channel views from the spacious private dock with a slip available for your boat. Start your day with breathtaking sunrises while sipping coffee on the deck & wind down around the firepit at night while fireflies dance around you. Great location in a friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants & more!!

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months

Enjoy a peaceful setting at this centrally located condo. Ground floor unit with one flight of stairs down to the unit and a half flight down to the water and the first slip on the dock! The 12’ x 30’ slip can be seen from the deck, close enough to call in fishermen for dinner time! Close to the mall, great restaurant selection, and PB2 which offers trailer parking. Nice long path along the lake and a view of trees with the State Park just across the water. NO TRAILER PARKING ON-SITE

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Outside the home you'll find a large fire pit to enjoy making the perfect s’more, kayaks & private dock with a 10’x24’ boat slip.
