Here, you'll enjoy endless summer sunshine that turns into the most breathtaking red sunsets. Swim, kayak, paddle board, fish, boat and read by the lake during the day. Roast s'mores and catch shooting stars around the campfire at night. The best part of the Cooperstown Boathouse is falling asleep to the melodic sounds of the lake waves below you.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Redwood Cabin is a freshly renovated 2+bedroom, 2 bath Otsego lake cabin with 50' of private lakefront with AC, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas stove, multiple decks. Cute as a button! **Please note there are stairs to the cabin and to the dock, and you must cross the road to access the private waterfront. **This property is operated by a professional rental management agency in Cooperstown NY. As such, there may be additional requirements such as a rental agreement and damage deposit.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
