Cob Cottage

Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

LITTLE HOUSE on PENDER: Sea & Forest View from Spa

Commune with nature along the nearby trail that rewards you with the breath taking views atop Pender's George Hill. Surrounded by the richness of nature's bounty, you will feel inspired in every sense to taste and sip your way through our beautiful Pender Island. You don't have to picture this anymore...you can experience this from the Little House on Pender.

Salt Spring Gite

Our "gite" is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage in the most beautiful part of Salt Spring, the south eastern tip, near Ruckle Park. From our cottage, you can walk to this historic working farm and park, explore its forested trails, and then head to the many beach areas a short distance away. Visit farm stands and take the Studio Tour. Take a dip in one of many lakes. Climb Maxwell Mountain or stroll through the Saturday Market and other unique shops. Salt Spring is a true one of a kind.

Forest Hideout

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Poldi's Pastures: 2 bedroom suite

Available for monthly bookings, please contact owners for availability. 2-bedroom upstairs suite, on sunny acreage on beautiful Pender Island. 5 minutes drive from the ferry, or a brisk half hour walk. The owners live downstairs. Quiet and peaceful, close to a large Gulf Island Park reserve, for gorgeous walks in the forest or the beach. In the summer it is a short walk to the community hall, where there is a large market of fresh produce and artisans selling their crafts.

Forest Haven BNB: Private suite and hot tub

Our home is surrounded by tranquil forest. Sit on the private patio or enjoy the hot tub, while basking in the serenity of the surroundings. We have a sweet little playhouse in the side yard for your children to enjoy. We are close to many forest walks, the free disc golf course, (we have discs in the suite for your use), and many ocean access points a few minutes drive away. There is a park and playground at Shingle Bay, a few minutes drive away. Pets welcome by request only.

The Woodshed

Nestled among the towering trees of Jordan River, BC, Woodshed offers a serene retreat. Clean lines, natural wood finishes, and minimalist design blend with the lush coastal forest. Designed to evoke calmness, the space balances warmth and simplicity, where the whisper of trees and distant ocean sounds set the perfect backdrop for rest and reflection.

Cute & Cozy Red Cottage

Relaxing and Cozy cottage on north Pender Island perfectly situated with a small view of the ocean and just a short walk to Magic Lake. This fully renovated cottage includes everything you need for a quiet getaway. Perfect for a couple or small family, there's a 1/2 acre of privacy to enjoy. Grocery, pubs, beaches and the Saturday farmers market are just a short drive away. There are plenty of deer, and a nature trail through the woods out back. Note: max 2 adults and 2 children

Raven’s Nest

An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

The Trincomali Hideaway Oceanfront Yurt

This luxurious oceanfront yurt is hidden in an ancient cedar grove providing privacy and an amazing backdrop to its unprecedented ocean front setting. Set atop an ocean front rock face with a fully covered patio. A fully equipped kitchen and spa like bathroom highlight the luxurious amenities included in this stay. An upscale romantic getaway like no other. Breakfast provided, our guests receive coffee, teas, and light breakfast fare.

The Salty Goose - Private Cottage beside the Ocean

The Salty Goose is the perfect place to unwind with your loved one. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony of our private cottage getaway. The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!

Hidden Retreat

The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.
