House features 1/2 acre yard, full kitchen, dinning room, living room, office/sitting room with WiFi. With a queen sized bed in the downstairs master, another queen and twin in the bedroom upstairs along with a twin in the common room the house comfortably sleeps 6. House also features full laundry with washer and dryer. Full AC. Fenced side yard.

Cozy Studio Apartment

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Folding baby crib (pack n play) with sheets and blankets available. There is a foldable single bed also available. We are an hour away from D.C. and Dulles Airport and 30 minutes away from Baltimore and BWI Airport. Street parking is available.

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.
