It is 1000 square feet in size and is arranged with one bedroom and a bonus loft. The bedroom is on the main level, across the hall from a full bathroom. It is furnished with a log frame, queen-size bed and has a large closet for storage space. There is also a bureau and flat screen TV. The open kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and all of the small kitchen appliances and cookware that you need to prepare a meal. There is a dining room table with benches for ample seating. The living room and kitchen both face the balcony and offer views of the Mt. Abram slopes. There is an authentic wood burning stove in the living and a comfy couch to watch the flames come to life. The living room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the loft. Upstairs, the loft is arranged with 1 full beds, 2 twins, a closet, and a full bathroom. Find a few of your favorite friends to split the cost and you could end up with ski lodging for less than $50 per person per night. That deal is hard to beat!

Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Flannel sheets for winter and cotton for summer, paper supplies, spices, oils, and basic condiments. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Cozy, clean, 2nd floor condo in Conway, NH!

The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
