Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate

Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasizes efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful.

Cozy quiet place with Mountain view

Quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 5 minutes from canyon hiking trails. Wake up to the sound of country winds, roosters and owls singing. I live upstairs so you will hear an occasional sounds of life. I have an outdoor cat, a small Cockapoo that would love to greet you and an older blind Shitzu. There is a fire pit with chairs that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is tea and coffee ready to be brewed. I am always available with any help.

The home was built in 2018 and includes the following energy efficient and green features: a solar PV system, energy efficient water heater, and water fixtures, non-toxic finishes, and locally sourced building materials. There is a queen size bed, small kitchenette with microwave, hot water tea kettle, fridge and sink. Separate external entry and private bathroom, with shower and full bathtub.

You will have your own separate entrance to this charming and comfortable guest suite in the lower level of a 3 story log home. The home is located a few miles North of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood and features amazing views of the Bridger Mountains. The space was completely renovated during the Summer of 2022 to be a super comfortable and peaceful retreat for two. I live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear occasional sounds of me and my 15lbs Schnauzer mix, Dill.
