Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small and midsized car/SUV. Can not use car after parking. Must arrive before 3pm and check out at 10am) all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only. Not fit for light sleepers.

Steps away from Riverside Park where spectacular Hudson River views and the most beautiful NYC sunsets awaits. A 10 minute stroll to the east, and you’re in iconic Central Park. Come as a tourist, live like a local, leave as a more informed tourist.

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Located in historic brownstone, our spacious quiet two-bedroom apartment occupies an entire floor with private entrance, private backyard & host usually unseen. Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
