It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

Immenities include a long breezeway covered porch on which to sit or swing, while you breathe in the scent of pine, and enjoy the silence and sounds of the woods. Our view is 180 degrees pure forest, without neighbor homes blocking, a lovely location. Peace and serenity are yours.
