Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Modern and Rustic 3 bed/2 Bath Retreat
