Create romantic memories in this refurbished old stable in the beautiful hamlet of Nantyderry in rural Monmouthshire. Restored to a high standard for a quiet, cosy and comfortable stay. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, log burning stove and a lovely mezzanine bedroom. A stone's throw from a traditional pub/restaurant and near the market town of Abergavenny, famous for its range of dining experiences. New Inn station is a five minute drive away with trains going directly into Cardiff.

The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. The cabin as heating on at all times, but if you want that wow factor, light up the log fire and just relax. (If you have never lit a log burner we can show you how to do it)

Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Relaxing is easy in Dry Dock Cottage: there’s a cinema snug, roll-top bath and king-size bed. The high-tech gadgetry means that, at the touch of a screen, you can control the heating, close the blinds, dim the lights and play your favourite music. With spectacular views from all four levels, this open-plan former dry dock sits at the very water’s edge. Open the bi-fold glass doors from the lounge area, to get even closer to the ducks and the boats that pass by. Pets are welcome, too.
