Set in 40 acres of our private farmland and woods which you can explore. They are being left uncultivated and reseeded with wildflowers in order to attract more wildlife.

The First & Last Inn is a couple of minutes walk and serves food. We do offer one night stays so perfect if you are walking the SWCP or starting LEJOG . No. 12 has a large, stylish and sunny bedroom, with a seating area plus a work space if required (please state when booking and I can supply a desk chair). Access to the large bathroom private is across from the bedroom via a few steps and breakfast area downstairs. There are no cooking facilities available

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with electric shower and toiletries. Towels are provided. There is parking and a small sunny patio garden. I ONLY HOST Female guests. Check in anytime after 3pm.
