Cozy beachside retreat. Our newly refurbished studio apartment is just steps from the ocean. Decorated in a fresh coastal style, this inviting getaway is ideal for couples or a stopover on your journey through the South West. With ocean views from all windows, you can relax at the Marri bench with a drink and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast with cereal, bread and eggs. Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. On the Beach Front 2

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Please Note: All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter a minimum of 4 nights. Christmas break between 24th December and 31st January are a minimum of 3 night stay. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach. Enjoy fishing, walking, or swimming.

When you’re not out exploring, share time in this compact, well appointed apartment. Cook up a storm or stock the picnic basket. WiFi, games, smart TV, cot and high chair. Walking distance to beach/shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio and door. There is some transfer of noise but there are three doors between your bedrooms and mine. Dogs live with me.

Beach House, Big Enough To Share

Only 2 hours from Perth, Peppy Beach is located in the South West of WA and is nestled between Bunbury and Busselton. With the beach approximately 150 meters and a 2-minute stroll, it is great place to swim or fish, or listen to the waves rolling in while having a drink and BBQ on the large outdoor balcony upstairs. This house is the perfect time away to share with family and friends.
