Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for access to the beach, St Agnes village and coast path walks. St Agnes is close to many cycle trails and is popular for road + mountain biking. Surfers Cottage is located in a fantastic position close to the beach. The house is set over 3 floors and is bright, light and modern. It has parking for one car in a dedicated parking area. Perfect for a family holiday or a couple looking to get away for a few days. The beautiful three-mile sandy beach is almost on the doorstep and is known for its great surf and stunning coastline. Everything Perranporth, has to offer is just a short walk away.
