The community features a beach-side heated pool and hot tub. There are two gas grills for you to use. This is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo.

We have a table and chairs, 16 beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards, outside shower, gas grill, & a firepit for all to enjoy. Wonderful & quiet for families & couples. No smoking in the unit.
